Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit oddvexel.com or play our games, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Oddvexel publishes Emperor Dracula: Island of Shadows, Turbo Tracks and Wanderer's Odyssey. The website and the games are run by Vuelance Entertainment ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@vuelance.com.
What we collect on this website
We don't use accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on oddvexel.com.
The contact form on our home page doesn't send anything to our servers. When you press "Send by email" or "Send on WhatsApp", your message is handed to your own email app or to WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs keep the site secure and working. We don't use them to identify you or build a profile of you.
When you contact us
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send. That's usually your name, your email address or phone number, and your message. We use it only to reply and to deal with your request, such as fixing a bug you reported. We won't add you to a mailing list, and we won't share your message with anyone else.
We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta, and your email is handled by whichever provider you use. Their own privacy policies cover how they handle your messages.
Our games
Our games run in your browser. They have no accounts, adverts, in-game purchases or online chat.
Your progress, hero names and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or playing in a private window, deletes them.
If you install one of our games as an app, your browser keeps the game files on your device so it can run offline. You can remove it like any other app.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience, and Emperor Dracula: Island of Shadows is recommended for ages 12 and up. Since we don't collect personal information through the website or the games, we don't knowingly collect information from children. If a child has contacted us and a parent or guardian would like that message deleted, get in touch and we'll remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. In practice, the only personal information we're likely to hold is a message you sent us. Email us to make a request.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
