These terms apply when you use oddvexel.com or play any of our games, including Emperor Dracula: Island of Shadows, Turbo Tracks and Wanderer's Odyssey. By using the site or playing a game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The website and the games are run by Vuelance Entertainment ("we", "us").

Playing our games

Our games are free for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the games or their files
• host the games, or any part of them, on another website or app store
• present the games, or their art, music or code, as your own work
• use the games' art, music or code in your own projects without our written permission

Age and content

Emperor Dracula: Island of Shadows is intended for players aged 12 and over. It contains fantasy violence against monsters and the undead, horror themes and dark scenes. Younger players should only play with a parent or guardian's permission and guidance. Check each game's start screen for its own guidance.

Health and safety

Some of our games contain flashing lights and fast-moving images that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has a history of epilepsy, speak to a doctor before playing. Stop playing at once and seek medical advice if you feel dizzy or sick, or notice twitching, disorientation or any loss of awareness.

Take regular breaks. On phones and tablets, long sessions can make your device warm.

Your saved progress

Saves and settings are stored in your browser on your device, not on our servers. We can't recover progress that's lost because browser data was cleared, a private window was closed, a device was reset or replaced, or a browser update removed stored data.

Intellectual property

The website and the games, including their code, art, music, characters, names and logos, belong to Vuelance Entertainment or our licensors. These terms don't give you ownership of any of it.

Using the website fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the games, interfere with other people's use of them, or copy content from them in bulk.

Third-party services and links

The contact options on this site open your email app or WhatsApp. Messages you send that way are also covered by the terms of those services. We link to other websites for convenience and aren't responsible for their content.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering any game or part of the website at any time, for example to fix bugs or rebalance gameplay. We'll try to give notice before removing a game, but we can't promise to.

No warranty

The website and games are provided free, "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep them fun and stable, but we don't guarantee that they'll be free of errors, always available, or work on every device and browser.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or games, including lost progress or data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the website or games after a change, you accept the updated terms.
